This pioneering initiative empowered Nigerian women to embrace technology through a rigorous training program in various tech-related fields, culminating in the graduation of an impressive 1,500 women on Friday, September 22, 2023.
The Women in Tech program is a cornerstone of Women in Tech’s global mission to empower women worldwide to excel in the tech industry. At Vbank, we played a pivotal role in championing this initiative, underlining our steadfast commitment to fostering women’s advancement in technology.
The program was nothing short of transformational, offering intensive courses in Data Analytics, Product Management, Product Design, and Digital Marketing. Over a span of 10 weeks, participants went through a learning journey, emerging with invaluable skills that have equipped them to upskill and conquer the tech industry.
