It is our loyalty program powered by Bvndle, designed to reward you for doing what you already do; funding your account, saving money, referring friends, paying bills, and more through the VBank app. Every transaction earns you points, which you can redeem for exciting perks.
Do I need to sign up for VRewards?
No, you’re automatically enrolled. If you have a VBank account, you’re already earning. Just keep transacting and watch your rewards grow.
How do I earn VRewards points?
You earn points every time you complete eligible transactions in the VBank app. That includes:
- Funding your account
- Buying airtime or data
- Paying bills (electricity, TV, internet, etc.)
- Saving money (Target savings, Lock savings, Float)
- Referring friends to join VBank
Are there any rules or limitations for earning points?
Yes, a few important ones:
- Only successful transactions earn points. Failed transactions don’t count.
- You must stay active on the app. Inactivity for over 90 days may reduce your point-earning ability.
- If you’re on a savings plan, missing scheduled contributions may affect your points.
How quickly are points awarded?
Once your transaction is successful, the points are automatically added to your VRewards balance.
Can I earn bonus points during campaigns?

Not yet. Your points are currently non-transferable and can only be used by you.
Are there levels or tiers in VRewards?
Yes! VRewards has 5 achievement tiers based on how many points you’ve earned over time:
- Recruit – 0 to 999 points
- Corporal – 1,000 to 4,999 points
- Sergeant – 5,000 to 14,999 points
- Lieutenant – 15,000 to 29,999 points
- General – 30,000+ points
Do higher tiers come with benefits?
