VRewards (“the Program”) is the loyalty rewards program of VFD Microfinance Bank Limited powered by Bvndle, designed to reward you for your banking and lifestyle activities.

These Terms & Conditions (“T&Cs”) govern your participation in the Program. By participating, you agree to be bound by these T&Cs.

1. Earning VPoints

1.1 You earn VPoints (“Points”) when you complete eligible transactions and activities in the VFD Microfinance Bank app.

1.2 The specific number of Points awarded for each activity is stated in the VRewards section available in-app and may be updated periodically.

1.3 Points will not be awarded for transactions below the stated earning threshold.

1.4 If a qualifying transaction is reversed, refunded, or cancelled, the Points from that transaction will be removed from your balance.

2. Redemption of VPoints

2.1 Points can be redeemed for rewards via the VFD Microfinance Bank app and Bvndle Marketplace.

2.3 For rewards via third-party merchants on the Bvndle Marketplace, fulfillment is subject to the merchant’s terms and availability.

2.4 Once redeemed, Points cannot be reinstated, exchanged for cash, or transferred to another account.

3. Points Expiry

3.1 All Points earned within a calendar year shall expire on 31^st of that same year, regardless of when they were earned.

Example: Points earned on June 1will expire on December 31 of that same year.

3.2 Expired Points cannot be reinstated.

4. Tiers, Badges & Challenges

4.1 The VRewards Tier is determined by the total Points earned within a calendar year.

4.2 Gamification features such as challenges, leaderboards, and badges are  designed to enhance user  engagement  and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

5. Changes to the Vrewards Program

5.1 VFD Microfinance Bank reserves the right to:

• Change the Points earning and redemption structure
  
  
• Add, change, or remove rewards
  
  
• Update expiry rules
  
  
• Modify or discontinue the Program
  
  2 Any material changes will be communicated via the VFD Microfinance Bank app or other official channels.
  
  

6. Liability and Warranty

6.1 No Warranty: The Bank makes no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or suitability of rewards redeemed through the program. All rewards are provided “as is” and subject to third-party terms.

6.2 Limited Liability: The Bank is not liable for any damages direct or indirect arising from the use, redemption, or expiration of reward points.

6.3 Third-Party Fulfillment: The Bank is not responsible for delays or issues with rewards provided by third-party merchants. Fulfillment depends on merchant terms and availability on Bvndle marketplace.

6.4  Point Expiry: Points earned within a calendar year expire on December 31 of that same year and cannot be reinstated.

7. Termination

The Bank reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user’s participation in the VRewards program at its sole discretion, without prior notice, under the following circumstances:

Violation of Terms: Breach of any terms and conditions governing the VRewards program or the Bank’s general service terms.

Fraudulent Activity: Engagement in fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive behavior, including but not limited to manipulation of reward points, false claims, or unauthorized access.

Misuse of Program Features: Use of gamification or reward features in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.

Inactivity: Prolonged inactivity or non-engagement with the app or program features, as defined by the Bank.

Regulatory Compliance: If required by law, regulation, or directive from a regulatory authority. Upon termination, all accumulated reward points shall be forfeited, and the user shall lose access to any pending or unredeemed rewards.
