Hello dear Vees, have you seen the communication we have been sharing regarding starting SMS charges from March 1st, 2022?
Not to worry, you can turn off these SMS charges directly from the vbank app and still get notified via email and app push notifications for free.
Follow these 4 simple steps to turn off SMS alerts before March 1st to avoid being charged:
- Login to the vbank app and click on your profile image (round icon at the top left corner of the screen)
- Click on “account-preference management”
- Select “transaction notification preference”
- Check or uncheck the options based on your preference and click on save
That’s it, you’re all done.
We advise you to keep at least one notification channel open, so you monitor the transactions on your account.
